Your First Small Batch From a Jewellery Supplier: What to Order and Check - Round and Oval Shape Red Kundan Stone Antique Gold Plated Brass Dangle Earring

Quick answer: Start with a small mix of simple, everyday designs in a few colours rather than one big bet on a single style. Check every piece when the parcel arrives, note what sells in the first two to three weeks, and reorder only those designs.

Why start small?

A first order teaches you what your customers actually pick. A small batch keeps your money free for a reorder and lowers the risk of stock that sits unsold. Before you order, read what to ask a jewellery supplier before your first order.

How do I mix the batch?

Choose a few categories, for example earrings, a bracelet or two and a simple necklace, and add each in two or three colours. Keep most of the batch simple and everyday, and add one or two statement designs for display. Our guide on adding a jewellery corner to your boutique shows what to stock first.

What should I check when it arrives?

Open the parcel soon after delivery and check each piece for damage, loose stones and the right design and colour. Refunds and replacements are only for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 2 days of delivery, so do this check on the same day if you can. Take a quick photo of any problem.

How do I track the first weeks?

Write down what you sold, what customers asked for and what is still untouched. The first 30 days checklist for a new jewellery shop has a week-by-week layout you can copy.

When do I reorder?

Reorder the designs that sold, not the whole batch. We dispatch in 1 to 2 days and delivery usually takes 4 to 15 days, so place the reorder before the shelf is empty. Browse styles in our dangle earrings collection and see the wholesale page to enquire, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98705 89560.
