Is Saloni's jewellery real gold?

No. Saloni sells fashion jewellery: brass or alloy bases with gold, antique gold, rose gold or silver plating, set with kundan-style stones, CZ and pearls. The pieces are not solid gold or silver, and each product page lists its material and plating.

Do you ship across India, and how long does delivery take?

Yes. Shipping is free across India. Orders usually dispatch in 1-2 days and arrive in 4-15 days.

What if my order arrives damaged or not as ordered?

Report it within 2 days of delivery, with photos, by WhatsApp or email. The full terms are on our refund policy page.

Can I see the jewellery in person?

Yes. Our showroom is at F 80/81/82, Hi Life, Phirozshah Mehta Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai 400054, open Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm.

How do I care for gold-plated fashion jewellery?

Put it on after perfume and makeup, keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing and store each piece separately in a pouch. Water, sweat and perfume wear plating fastest. Our care guide has the full routine.
