How to Write a Clear WhatsApp Order to Your Jewellery Supplier - Pear Shape Silver Plated Kundan Stone Adjustable Finger Ring

Quick answer: Send one message with your shop type, the categories you sell, the design names or SKUs you want with quantities, and your full delivery address. A clear first message saves several rounds of questions and gets you a faster reply on stock and the total.

What should the first message include?

Start with who you are and what you sell, for example a saree shop that wants earrings and mangalsutra. Our wholesale page explains that we reply with designs and rates for the categories you name, so the more exact you are, the shorter the list you receive.

How do I name the designs I want?

Copy the design name or SKU from the product page, or send the screenshot. Do not write only "the red one". Naming designs the same way each time also helps your own records; see how to tag and label jewellery by price tier and design code.

What do I add about quantity and delivery?

Write the quantity for each design on its own line and add your full address with pin code and a phone number for the courier. Minimums depend on the category and design, so ask us what applies instead of guessing. We confirm stock and the total, and dispatch once payment is confirmed; delivery then takes 4 to 15 days. To time your order, read how to plan reorders around dispatch and delivery time.

What should I do before and after sending?

Check your stock sheet first so you order only what you need; our guide to simple stock tracking shows an easy layout. After you send, wait for the stock confirmation before paying, and keep the chat as your record. If you are new to a supplier, these questions to ask before a first order help.
