About 4-15 days from the time your order is placed, depending on your location. That includes dispatch, which usually takes 1-2 days, and courier transit. We do not promise a specific day.

The 4-15 day figure is a range because there are many routes and pincodes. Treat the lower end as possible and the upper end as the number to plan around.

What happens in the dispatch stage?

Dispatch is the time to pack your order and hand it to the courier, usually 1-2 days. Once shipped, you receive a confirmation and tracking details by email or SMS, so you can follow the parcel. The shipping policy describes this in full.

Dispatch may take a little longer when many orders arrive together, such as before a festival. Placing the order a few days early avoids the rush.

Why is the range so wide?

Your location, the courier route and festival season all affect transit. A remote pincode can take longer than a metro, and heavy festival or wedding volumes can slow couriers. That is why we state a range and not a fixed number.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping does not mean slower shipping within India. The same dispatch and delivery times apply, and the cost to you is zero.

How early should I order for a wedding or festival?

What should I do when the parcel arrives?
